What if I am a religious person? Will this harm my belief?
Absolutely not! It is for everyone. I will guide you through according to your belief. You do not need to sit crossed- legged or do anything that goes against your belief and comfort.
I cannot meditate for more than 20 minutes. I have ADHD/ADD. Can we shorten our session?
You are in luck! I was diagnosed with adhd/add and it is my specialty. anyone including adhd/add could meditate for 20 minutes or even longer! 20 minutes will go fast, i promise! :-)
What is meditation support?
Sometimes the session could go by fast and for some people, they want to receive more support with their journey.
